Brie Wreath

  • 1 small wheel of brie
  • 2 cans flaky biscuit dough
  • 2 tsps dried oregano
  • Optional: egg wash

Preheat

 1 min

Preheat oven to 350*F. Prepare a sheet tray with parchment paper.

2.

Cut

 2 min

Cut a circle around the top of the wheel of brie.

3.

Surround

 5 mins

Surround with biscuits in desired pattern.

4.

Sprinkle

 1 min

Sprinkle with oregano.

5.

Brush

 1 min

Optional: brush with egg wash.

6.

Bake

 15-20 mins

Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until biscuits are golden brown.

7.

Peel

Peel off the top rind of the cheese and enjoy.

Pull Apart Christmas Tree

  • 1 lb pizza dough
  • 18 pieces pearl mozzarella (buffalo or water mozzarella)
  • Optional: egg wash
  • 1 cup pesto
  • 2-3 tablespoons grated parmesan
  • Cherry tomatoes
  • 2 tablespoons shredded cheddar cheese

Preheat

 1 min

Preheat oven to 400*F. Prepare a sheet tray with parchment paper.

Slice

 3 mins

Slice dough into 18 even pieces.

Place

 5 mins

Place a piece of mozzarella in the center of each piece of dough and roll into a ball

Assemble

 1 min

Assemble in the shape of a Christmas tree on parchment paper.

5.

Brush

 1 min

Optional: brush with egg wash.

6.

Bake

 25-30 mins

Bake for 25-30 minutes at 400*F, or until golden brown

7.

Spoon

 3 mins

Spoon pesto over the top of the bread, then sprinkle with parmesan, and decorate with cherry tomatoes. Sprinkle cheddar around and on top of the top piece (the star on top of the tree).

  • 1 sheet puff pastry
  • 1 bunch asparagus
  • ½ lb bacon
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • Black pepper

Preheat oven to 400*F. Prepare a sheet tray with parchment paper.

Slice bacon pieces in half lengthwise, and cut puff pastry into ½ inch strips

Wrap

Wrap each stalk of asparagus with 1 piece of bacon and 1 piece of puff pastry

Place

Place on parchment paper. Brush with egg and sprinkle with pepper.

Bake

 15-20 mins

Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until pastry is puffy and golden brown.

  • 1 sheet puff pastry
  • ⅓ cup caramelized onion
  • 3 slices bacon, cooked crisp and chopped
  • 9 small cubes sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 egg, beaten

Press down on the center of each circle to create an indent.

Place cheese, onion, and bacon in the center and brush the visible dough with egg.

Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until pastry is puffy and golden brown.
