Add your shredded chicken breast into the mason jar, layer in 1 cup frozen peas and carrots and 1/2 cup chopped celery. Pour in 1 cup chicken broth and a 1/2 cup half and half. Season with salt and pepper and stir.

 10-12 mins

Layer a round of biscuit dough on top of the soup and microwave for 10-12 minutes.

Place a sheet of parchment paper onto a cutting board. On top of the parchment, grate 1 head of broccoli with a box grater. Lift up the parchment paper for a mess-free broccoli transfer.

Combine

 10-12 mins

Pour the grated broccoli into an eight-ounce mason jar, then top with the 1/2 cup shredded carrots, 1/2 cup shredded cheddar, 1 cup chicken broth, and 1/2 cup half and half. Season with salt and pepper, stir the soup, and then microwave for 10-12 minutes.

While the soup is microwaving, take a small sourdough loaf and cut a circle in the center. Remove the circle to create your bread bowl and set aside.

Take one cooked chicken breast and shred it with a hand mixer on high, and mix until the chicken is shredded to your satisfaction.

Layer

 5 mins

Pour the shredded chicken breast into a mason jar and top with 1 brick of broken ramen noodles, 1/4 cup sliced mushrooms, 1/4 cup chopped scallions, 1 tbsp chili sauce, 1 tsp sesame seeds, 3 sheets of nori, and 1 serving bouillon cube. Place the lid on the jar and store the soup for up to one day.

Steep

 8-9 mins

When you are ready to eat your soup, open the jar and pour 2 cups of boiling water on top. Give the soup a stir and let it steep for 8 to 9 minutes so that the noodles can fully cook. Enjoy!
